This website

signtradedata.com publishes statistics about the sign industry. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and secure the site. The badges in the footer are images loaded from the directories that list the site, so those sites receive your browser's ordinary request for the image.

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Sign Price Calculator app

The Sign Price Calculator lets a store price products by size. For a store that installs it:

• What it stores: the store's own size-pricing settings (price per square foot, minimum charge, size limits and finishing), inside the store's site, one record per product.
• What it reads: the store's products and their options, to show and check prices; and cart lines, to charge the size price and to hold checkout until a sign has one. Where the store's catalog supports it, the app adds a "Custom size" text field to a product priced by size, and removes it when size pricing is turned off. The app's permissions include reading orders because the platform requires that for cart notifications; the app itself does not read or store orders.
• Shoppers: the app does not store or use shoppers' names, email addresses, delivery addresses or payment details; it works only with the products, sizes and prices in a cart. The size a shopper enters travels with their cart line and appears on the order, as any product option would.
• Where it runs: on the store platform's own hosting. No cart, order or shopper information is sent to a server run by Sign Trade Data, and we do not sell or share any information.
• Removal: a store can delete a product's size pricing in the app at any time. Removing the app ends its access to the store; products then sell at their regular prices.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
